What we do
At Baguma Skilling Foundation, we focus on empowering people with disabilities through practical skills and personal growth. We provide hands-on training in areas such as shoemaking, tailoring, and other crafts, helping individuals gain the knowledge and confidence to become self-reliant. Beyond training, we also work to find markets for the products made by our trainees, ensuring their skills translate into real income and opportunity. In addition, we offer rehabilitation and counseling services to support emotional healing and confidence building, helping our beneficiaries overcome stigma and live with dignity and hope.
